You can purchase the Facet in black or white for $39.95 on their website (iLoveHandles’ website). The Facet attaches to the iPad via magnets so the iPad is bare while using the product (no case on iPad). The magnets are strong so a small bump to the iPad will not cause the iPad to fall off the stand. Also, the large surface area of the Facet will help with keeping the iPad in place if you accidentally bump it. The product is fairly small and looks sleek so having it on a desk alone still looks fine. The Facet is not limited to the desk. You can also use it on the couch and on your bed to fit your needs. The different viewing angles are optimal for many different uses including, but not limited to, using the iPad as a second monitor for your laptop, watching movies, or typing. The build quality is great and mine does not have any blemishes so far. It features a plastic build with a glossy look that attracts finger prints (like most glossy finishes!). Although, the finger prints are not a big problem because the iPad covers the stand while in use. As the product page says, “its magnets enable Facet to virtually disappear behind your iPad,” which is true. For those looking for a sturdy stand to display their iPad on a desk or other location without the added bulk of a case, look to the Facet to deliver. The price point is on point with a case that would deliver similar features. With its unique pyramidal design, the Facet is sure to stand out compared to other stands.
